Some dogs cannot settle in the open. They circle, push their back into something solid, then sleep with their spine pressed against the edge. The Rydal is built for that dog.

Four firm foam walls, 4cm thick, wrap the bed on every side, so there is always something to lean into. The front dips lower than the sides, so older dogs and short-legged breeds step in rather than climb. The fleece lining holds body heat instead of pulling it away, which matters for whippets, greyhounds and any thin-coated dog that runs cold on a hard floor.

The whole bed washes at 30 degrees, so the cosy stays clean. The gripped underside keeps it still on wood and laminate rather than sliding across the room every time your dog turns over.

Five sizes, 53cm to 88cm across. Remember to deduct 8cm from the external width for the space your dog actually lies in, because the walls are 4cm thick on each side.
