Before you write, this might be quicker

Roughly four out of five messages we get are one of these, and each one has a page that answers it properly in about a minute:

"What size do I need?" — the size and firmness guide, or the four-question Bed Finder.
"When will it arrive?" — delivery times and costs. Standard UK is 3–5 working days from a 1–2 day dispatch.

Your dog is between sizes

Send the nose-to-base-of-tail measurement, breed and rough weight and we will tell you which size to order. This is our single most common message and we are quite good at it now.

Your dog has specific needs

Arthritis, post-surgery, three legs, a Dachshund's back, a giant breed nothing seems to fit. Tell us the situation and we will recommend honestly — including "nothing we sell is right for that".

Something has gone wrong

Late, lost, damaged, faulty, or just not what you expected. Include your order number and photographs and we will sort it rather than send you to a portal.

You want to claim the guarantee

Order number plus two photographs: one of the bed empty, one with something heavy where your dog lies so the compression shows. That is the whole process.

What to expect when you write

One working day. Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Messages sent at the weekend get answered on Monday.
A person, not a template. If the honest answer is that we do not have the right bed for your dog, that is the answer you will get.
Include your order number if it is about an existing order — it saves a round trip.
Photographs help enormously, especially for sizing questions and anything that has gone wrong.

Yutani Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. This is our registered business and correspondence address — it is not a showroom, so please do not travel to it expecting to see beds. All orders are delivered by tracked courier.

Returns are collected by a courier we arrange, so please do not post a bed to this address without emailing first — we will book the collection and it costs you nothing. Returns process here.

The questions we get asked most.

Measure your dog from nose to base of tail while they're lying down, then add 15–20cm. If they're between two sizes, size up. Our size and firmness guide has the breed-by-breed detail, and the 100-night trial covers you if it's wrong.

It's the density of the foam – how much material is packed into every cubic metre. Density isn't firmness: a low-density foam can feel firm on day one and collapse by month six. High-density foam keeps its structure under repeated weight, which is why we can guarantee it for five years.

Our beds are vet-informed and built to distribute weight so pressure isn't concentrated on hips, elbows and shoulders. A bed isn't a treatment and won't replace veterinary care, so please keep talking to your vet. What it can do is change the surface they spend fourteen hours a day on.

Yes – properly, not just spot-clean. Every cover zips off and machine-washes at 30°C, over a waterproof inner liner that keeps everything off the foam.

Order by 3pm on a working day and it's dispatched from our Yorkshire workshop the same day. Delivery is free on UK orders over £40.
