Shipping and Delivery

The short version

• UK Standard Delivery — free on orders over £40, delivered in 4 - 6 working days.
• UK Express Delivery — £6.99, delivered in 2 - 3 working days.
• Standard International (US and Canada) — delivered in 4 - 6 working days.
• We dispatch within 1–2 working days, by tracked courier.
• The parcel is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it goes wrong, we fix it.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. We also ship internationally to the United States and Canada.

2. Delivery options, costs and times

All delivery charges are shown in full at checkout before you pay, with no fees added later.

In full:

• UK Standard Delivery — £4.99, free on orders over £40. Delivery time: 4 - 6 working days.
• UK Express Delivery — £6.99. Delivery time: 2 - 3 working days.
• United States, Standard International — $32.48 USD. Delivery time: 4 - 6 working days.
• Canada, Standard International — $45.13 CAD. Delivery time: 4 - 6 working days.

3. Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of purchase. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day. The delivery times above are in working days from dispatch, and every order is sent by tracked courier.

If we do not agree a specific delivery date with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the day after you place it, as required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If we cannot meet an agreed or essential delivery date, you may set a new reasonable date; if we then miss it, you may treat the contract as at an end and receive a full refund.

4. Customs, duties and import charges

Prices shown for the United States and Canada do not include customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees. Where these apply, they are charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for international orders are estimates from dispatch and do not include any time a parcel spends in customs.

5. Items with longer lead times

A small number of items are supplied from a partner warehouse and carry a longer delivery time than the times above. Where that applies, the product page states the expected time before you order.

6. Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you, or to a person or safe place you have nominated. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at abbas@pawlunova.co.uk or +44 7598 327268 and we will resolve it by replacement or refund as appropriate. Where possible, please report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
