What is the return policy?

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can I wash the foam itself?
No — wash the cover, not the foam core. Spot-clean the inner layer if needed and let it dry fully before putting the cover back on.
What if it's not right?

How long does delivery take?
Free UK delivery on orders over £40. Orders are dispatched quickly and most arrive within [X] working days, with tracking. Full details on our Delivery page.
Does the foam smell when it arrives?
New foam can have a faint scent straight out of the packaging. It's harmless and fades within a day or two — airing the bed in a ventilated room speeds it up.
My dog is older and slowing down. Is this suitable?
Many of our customers are owners of senior dogs and larger breeds looking for something more supportive than a standard cushion. A low, easy step-in profile and a stable base make getting on and off straightforward.
Will it hold up to a heavy or boisterous dog?
Our beds are built with dense foam and reinforced stitching for real-world use. The Pennine is our most substantial bed, made with larger and heavier dogs in mind.
Is it waterproof?
Each bed has a water-resistant inner layer that protects the foam from spills and accidents, with a washable outer cover over the top. Ideal for puppies, seniors and muddy-paw households.
Is the cover washable?
Yes. Every cover is removable and machine washable, so the bed stays fresh without a wrestling match getting the cover back on afterwards.
Which size should I choose?
Measure your dog nose-to-tail while they're standing, then add roughly 15–20cm so they can stretch out. Our Size & Firmness Guide maps every measurement to The Hearth, The Cumbria or The Pennine, with breed examples. When in doubt, size up — dogs love room to sprawl.
What actually makes a PawLunova bed 'orthopaedic'?
'Orthopaedic' isn't a regulated term in pet products, so it can mean very different things from one brand to the next. For us it means a supportive foam core designed to hold its shape under your dog's weight rather than flattening into a thin pad.
