Blea Tarn Bouclé Nest Dog Bed for Dogs up to 30kg
For the dog who curls up tight.
Edge to edge foam means our dog uses the whole bed. Very good.
Our Dachshund has a history of spinal issues, so stepping over raised edges was a risk. The Ambleside edge-to-edge bed is completely flat. She walks straight on and the memory foam supports her long spine evenly without pressure points.
Blea Tarn is a cream bouclé nest dog bed with a raised rim, a cushioned base and a zipped cover that washes at 30°C. Small (60 × 50cm), Medium (75 × 60cm) and Large (90 × 70cm).
You chose the sofa, the throws and the lamps that make the room feel warm in winter. Then a dog bed arrived and undid all of it. Blea Tarn is cream bouclé, the same soft texture as the armchair you have been eyeing, with a raised rim for a curled-up dog to tuck their nose over and a cushioned nest to sink into on a cold night. It sits in the room instead of being hidden from it.
Best for: Curled-up sleepers who like a soft nest. If yours needs firm support, see our memory foam beds.
A bed you like looking at stays in the living room, which is where your dog wants to be. And because the cover zips off and washes at 30°C, cream is a practical choice rather than a brave one. You have 100 nights to decide. If they do not settle into it, we collect it free from the UK mainland and refund you in full.
| Size | Dimensions (cm) |
|---|---|
| Small | 60 × 50 |
| Medium | 75 × 60 |
| Large | 90 × 70 |
These are outside measurements and the rim takes up part of them, so measure your dog curled up and size up if you are between sizes. Message us their breed and weight and we will tell you honestly which one to take.
Wash the removable cover at 30°C, following the sewn-in label. Air-dry fully before refitting.
100 nights is longer than a whole winter. Plenty of time to know.

The 5-year foam guarantee covers the memory foam core of every PawLunova memory foam bed. If the core loses its shape under normal domestic use within 5 years, we replace it. Whether this bed is covered is shown in the "Included with this bed" list above.
Covers, zips, liners, waterproof layers, bolsters, fibre filling and non-slip bases are wearing parts and aren't included. Nor is damage from chewing, scratching, tearing or accidents, foam damaged by liquid (including urine) or by washing, softening that recovers when the bed is empty, or commercial use.
For the dog who curls up tight. A cream bouclé nest with a raised rim and a cover that washes at 30°C.
Measure nose to base of tail lying down and add about 20cm. Between two sizes? Go up. Unsure? Send us their breed and weight.
Honest answers now beat a return later. Here's who this bed is for, and who it isn't.
Still not sure?
Message Abbas with their breed and weightThe Blea is a fibre bed: soft to sink into rather than supportive underneath, and it isn't under the foam guarantee. For a dog who gets up stiff, a foam bed will do more for them. For a dog who wants somewhere soft, this is it. The 100-night trial applies either way.
Comes off and washes at 30°C.
Soft filling. Not under the foam guarantee; the 100-night trial still applies.
A bed that can't be washed is a bed you'll throw away. Here's how the Blea stays a bed you'd let in the living room.
The cover comes off and washes at 30°C. Air-dry it rather than tumble-dry. Foam is never machine washed. Care guide.
The Blea is not listed with a waterproof liner, so treat it as having none. If accidents are likely, keep a second cover ready and ask us before you order.
Ask us about a spare cover before you order. A second cover means the bed is never out of action on wash day.
If it arrives rolled or vacuum-packed, unroll it somewhere ventilated and give it a few hours to come back to full depth before they try it.
Nobody expects a trial on a dog bed. We think it's the only honest way to sell one, because a bed only proves itself at 2am.
Put it where they already sleep, with a blanket that smells of home on top.
Plenty of dogs claim a new bed the first evening. Some take a fortnight. Both are normal, and you've got 100.
Any time inside the 100 nights. We collect it free from the UK mainland and refund every penny.
It doesn't need to be unused. Send it back slept on, hair and all.
A few products aren't part of the trial. Where that's the case, the product page says so before you buy.
Every size on the site is in centimetres, and where a measurement is the outside rather than the sleeping area, the page says so.
A bed is for comfort, not a treatment. If your dog is in pain, your vet comes first and we'll never tell you otherwise.
The delivery dates above the button are worked out for an order placed today. Where a bed ships from a partner warehouse rather than our own stock, the page says so before you order.
I'm Abbas. I answer every message myself, usually the same day. If a bed isn't right, you tell me, and it comes back.
Measure nose to base of tail while they're lying down, then add about 20cm. Between two sizes? Go up. The size cards above list the sleeping area where we've measured it. Still unsure? Send us their breed and weight.
Most adult Labradors need the Large or the XL, and a sprawler needs the bigger of the two. Measure them lying stretched out, nose to base of tail, add about 20cm, and compare with the sleeping area on the size cards. If that lands between two sizes, go up: a bed that's slightly too big is never the problem, one that's too small always is.
The "What's inside" card above says exactly what's in this bed: the core type and, where we've measured it, the depth and the density. If it's memory foam over egg-crate foam, it says so. If it's fibre, it says so. We'd rather you knew now than in month three.
Then it comes back. Put it where they already sleep, with a blanket that smells of home on top. If after a fortnight it still isn't right, tell us any time inside the 100 nights and we collect it free from the UK mainland and refund every penny.
A dog who picks the kitchen floor over his bed has usually done the comparison: the floor is flatter and firmer than a bed that has bottomed out. Put the new one where he already sleeps, old blanket on top, and give him a fortnight. If he still won't, it comes back inside the 100 nights and you're refunded in full.
Where this bed has a waterproof inner liner, it's listed under "Why the bed" above, and the liner sits between cover and foam so an accident stops before the core. Where it doesn't, the cover comes off and washes and the care guide shows how to protect the foam. Either way, a second cover means one is always on the bed.
Where the cover comes off, it washes following the care label sewn into it. Coated covers wipe clean. Foam is never machine washed. See the care guide.
Yes. Inside the 100 nights, tell us and we arrange collection free from the UK mainland, slept on, hair and all, and refund every penny. You don't need to find a box that fits.
The dates for an order placed today are above the button. Own stock is dispatched in 1 to 2 working days and delivered 1 to 2 working days later. Free UK delivery.
