Everything below in plain English — what it costs, when it arrives, and exactly what happens if your dog takes one look at it and walks away.
The short version
- Free UK delivery on orders over £40. Under that, standard delivery is £4.99.
- We dispatch within 1–2 working days by tracked courier.
- UK standard arrives in 3–5 working days; express in 2–3.
- Then your dog gets 100 nights. If it is not right, we collect it free and refund you in full.
- The foam core is guaranteed against flattening for 5 years.

You will get a tracked dispatch email with a link the moment your bed leaves. If that email has not arrived within three working days of ordering, something has gone wrong at our end and we would like to know — email us and we will chase it ourselves.
Longer lead times. A small number of items are supplied from a partner warehouse and carry a longer delivery time than the estimates above. Where that applies, the product page states the expected time before you order — we will never let you find that out afterwards.
Whose responsibility the parcel is
Ours, until it reaches you or a person or safe place you have nominated. If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, that is our problem to solve, not yours to chase the courier about.

The 100-night trial
Dogs are not focus groups. A new bed smells of a warehouse, not of them, and most dogs need one to two weeks just to stop treating it as a suspicious object in the corner of the room.
Which is why a fourteen-day returns window — the industry standard — expires almost exactly when you are about to learn something useful. So we give you 100 nights. Sleep on it, properly. If it is not the bed for your dog, we collect it free of charge and refund every penny.
Yes, your dog can have slept on it. That is entirely the point.
How the trial works

Give it a fortnight before you judge
Put it where the old bed was, lay their blanket on top for a few nights, and let scent do the persuading. Most dogs commit within three to ten days.

If it is not right, email us
Any time within 100 nights of delivery, email Abbas@pawlunova.co.uk with your order number and a line about what did not work. No form, no returns portal, no questions designed to make you give up.

We book the collection
We arrange and pay for a courier to collect from your address anywhere in UK mainland. You do not need the original packaging — a bin bag and a bit of tape is fine.

You get your money back
Full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of the bed reaching us. Original delivery charges refunded too, if you paid any.
The fine print, kept genuinely fine. One trial per household. Beds that have been chewed apart or deliberately damaged are not covered — we are backing our foam, not underwriting a determined Labrador puppy. For orders outside the UK, the trial still applies but return shipping is at your cost, because international collection is not something we can absorb honestly at our size.
The 5-year no-flatten guarantee
If the foam gives up, we replace the bed
Every PawLunova memory foam bed is built on a 50kg/m³ high-density, CertiPUR-US certified core. If that core loses its structural shape under normal domestic use, by the dog it was sized for, within five years — we replace it.
To claim, email us your order number and two photographs: one of the bed empty, and one with something heavy where your dog lies so the compression is visible.
What it does not cover: chewing or destruction by the dog, cover fabric wear, zips, misuse, commercial or kennel use, and normal cosmetic ageing. Our beds are not chew-proof, and we would rather say that here than bury it in a policy.
That guarantee exists because of what is inside the bed rather than despite it. The foam page explains exactly why we can offer it — and why most brands cannot.
If something is faulty
Different from changing your mind, and your rights are stronger.
- Within 30 days of delivery you can reject a faulty bed outright for a full refund.
- After 30 days we will repair or replace it.
- We pay the return postage whenever the bed is faulty, not as described, or sent in error.

Your statutory rights, in plain English
The 100-night trial sits on top of the rights UK law already gives you. It never replaces them.
- 14-day cancellation right. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason, and return it within 14 days of telling us.
- 30-day delivery. If we have not agreed a specific date, we will deliver without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the day after you order.
- Missed delivery dates. If we miss an agreed or essential date, you may set a new reasonable one; if we miss that too, you may end the contract and receive a full refund.
- Faulty goods. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything on this page.
The formal versions live in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If anything on this page ever appears to contradict those, the policies are the binding documents — but tell us, because it means we have made a mistake and want to fix it.
Delivery and returns questions
How long does delivery take?
UK Standard arrives in 3–5 working days from dispatch, or 4–6 during busy periods. UK Express is 2–3 working days. Orders to the United States and Canada take 6–9 working days. Add 1–2 working days for dispatch to get your real arrival window.
Is delivery free?
Free on UK orders over £40. Below that, UK standard delivery is £4.99 and UK express is £6.99. International shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Can I return a dog bed my dog has already slept on?
Yes — under the 100-night trial that is exactly what we expect. Use it, wash the cover, let your dog decide. If it is not right within 100 nights we collect it free from anywhere in UK mainland and refund you in full. Beds that have been chewed apart or deliberately damaged are the one exclusion.
Who pays for the return?
We do, for UK mainland trial returns and for anything faulty, not as described or sent in error. For orders outside the UK, return shipping is at your cost.
How long does a refund take?
Within 14 days of the bed reaching us, back to your original payment method. If you are exercising your statutory 14-day cancellation right, we refund within 14 days of receiving the bed or of you providing proof of postage, whichever is sooner.
What if my parcel is late, lost or damaged?

Do you deliver outside the UK?
We ship to the United States and Canada, with delivery in 6–9 working days and shipping calculated at checkout. Any import duties or local taxes are the customer's responsibility.

100 nights is a long time to be wrong about a bed.
Which is rather the point. Pick one, let your dog take their time, and if we have got it wrong we will come and collect it ourselves.

No. The whole point of a 100-night trial is that your dog sleeps on it. Send it back slept-on, hair and all.
The foam. It covers the core losing its structure under normal use, which is the failure that ends most dog beds. Covers, zips and liners are wearing parts and sit outside it. The full terms are in our returns policy.
Contact us through the contact page with your order number and we'll arrange collection. You do not need to keep the original packaging.
Worst case, you have one delivery to wait in for.
